Support
For Children. For Families. For the Future.
Kateryna Osadcha Foundation
We help children and families find support today and build a confident future tomorrow — through education, career guidance, support in difficult circumstances and the restoration of ties torn apart by war.
About the Foundation
The Kateryna Osadcha Foundation is a charitable organization that unites people around the idea of supporting children and families in difficult life circumstances. We believe that every child deserves care, safety and opportunity for development.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have focused our efforts on helping teenagers choose a professional path, supporting children deprived of parental care, and finding people who have gone missing.

Our projects create the conditions for a decent future: from career guidance programs and educational initiatives to family projects and search operations. We help those who need it the most to find a new start.

The Foundation works in partnership with government, international and civic organizations to bring about systemic change and give a chance for a better life.
Our goal is to create an environment where children and families can feel supported and build a future in Ukraine.
Our Foundation’s Mission
Our mission is to empower every child. We help children and young people to discover their strengths, choose their path and grow with confidence — even in difficult life circumstances.

The foundation supports teen career guidance, family forms of education, and helps reunite families divided by war. We believe that every child deserves care and support, and that young people should have equal access to development opportunities.

We strive for every young person in Ukraine to be able to dream freely, to choose freely and to contribute to building a better future.
Our Values
  • 01/
    Independence
Our main focus is our mission and values. We maintain autonomy in decision-making so that no external influence, political interests prevent us from acting in the interests of those who need help.
  • 02/
    Impartiality
We believe that everyone — regardless of origin, identity or experience — has the right to equal access to opportunity, support and dignity
  • 03/
    Inclusivity
We treat everyone equally, with respect and fairness. Our decisions are based on empathy and honesty, not affiliation or status.
  • 04/
    Human-centricity
At the center of all our actions is the human being. We create programs that respond to real needs, because change starts with trust and understanding.
